Shipping Policy


UK Shipping

Shipping is charged at a flat fee of £3.29 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 postage (normally arrives in 2-3 business days) and £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 24 (normally arrives next business day).

We try to process orders by the next working day (Monday to Saturday) although during busier periods this may take slightly longer. We aim to have all orders delivered to you in within 5 working days.

If you need something sooner, please don't hesitate to email us or send us a message us on the website chat and we can arrange a delivery method to suit you.

You will not receive an invoice or receipt in your package. These can be accessed online - it's better for the environment!

We offer free UK Tracked 48 postage on all UK orders of £50.00 or more.

Free local delivery

We are delighted to offer free local delivery to customers within 15 miles of RH15 postcode. This includes all of Brighton & Hove. Please select the Local Delivery option at checkout, after you have inputted your delivery address.

Shipping to the EU

Sadly, shipping to EU countries, including Northern Ireland, has been suspended while we navigate the new GPSR regulations coming into effect on 13 December 2024.

We hope this will be temporary but will update you once we know more.

This is such a blow to all small businesses and we’re so sorry to our lovely EU customers. Thank you for your support always.

For the time being, on the Shopify platform we can not separate NI and UK shipping, so until this is rectified any NI orders will need to be cancelled on our end after they have been placed.

Shipping to North America

Shipping to North America is charged at a flat rate of £25.00 for Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, up to the weight of 2kg. The delivery status will be available once packages are dispatched.

We offer free Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed postage on all North America orders of £150.00 or more.

Shipping to Australia, New Zealand and other Oceania Countries

Shipping to Oceania is charged at a flat rate of £24.50 for Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, up to the weight of 2kg. The delivery status will be available once packages are dispatched.

We offer free Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed postage on all Oceania orders of £150.00 or more.

Shipping to Asia

Shipping to Asia is charged at a flat rate of £19.50 for Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, up to the weight of 2kg. The delivery status will be available once packages are dispatched.

We offer free Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed postage on all Asia orders of £150.00 or more.

Orders over 2kg

Large volume and heavy international orders with a volumetric weight in excess of 2kg will be invoiced additional postage costs. We always use the most affordable way to ship your orders to you and will only charge actual postage costs as they apply to your order.

Customs & Duty Charges

Please be aware that all orders outside of the UK will be sent with customs declarations. However, your orders may still be liable for customs or import duties. As the buyer, you are responsible for any duties or taxes that may be added. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs or the courier into your possession. Unfortunately we are unable to advise you on the amount. Any deliveries refused due to non-payment of fees will be destroyed by the courier, and therefore will not be eligible for refund. If the importer wishes to return the parcel back to Meg & Milo, any return fees applied by the courier and HMRC such as return shipping, government charges and handling fees, plus a restocking fee, will be deducted from your refund.

Undelivered Packages

If you do not receive your parcel, please contact us at hello@megandmilo.co.uk. As we use a tracked service, we cannot refund, replace or offer store credit where tracking shows delivery was made successfully, but we will happily assist you in tracing where your package has gone.
